At The Mercer Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible and all previous shipping labels are removed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
